Our Client is a leading Company in the field of Alcoholic Beverages, and they are looking to hire a dynamic "Trade Marketing Manager" with FMCG background.
Responsible for the execution of all trade activities amp; the different visibility solutions in order to boost the demand in all trade channels.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for executing the annual trade support plans across the various trade channels according to roadmap and in line with brand strategies amp; priorities.
- Supports the implementation of the outlet classification plan amp; its regular update on quarterly basis.
- Coordinates with the different stakeholders to develop the different visibility solutions amp; planograms as well to ensure its proper implementation in the market.
- Supervises on the deployment of all merchandising material across the different trade channels.
- Responsible for releasing the monthly customer incentives in return to the granted display solutions amp; shelf shares.
- Ensures customer compliance with all contractual agreements in different channels amp; outlet types.
- Ensures proper installation amp; maintenance of all trade display solutions to maximize brand visibility amp; shelf shares.
- Tracks amp; reports all competitor trade Marketing activities amp; evaluates its impact on the brands performance.
- Assist in developing amp; executing consumer promotions in all/ specific trade channels when needed.
- Ensures that the local that local market data is constantly up to date amp; complete to include all competitive information
- Present to Sales Director amp; Marketing Director proposed yearly promotional plan for approval.
- Align finance on promotional cost by promotion amp; all related charges.
- Develop with Brand Managers, Trade Marketing packaging artwork once plan is approved.
- Produce amp; ship promotional packaging to all markets within agreed timelines.
- Ensure packaging quality is always best in class.
- Manage Trade Marketing budget efficiently amp; ensure cost policies are applied having in mind optimization between quality amp; price.
Requirements
• 8- 10 years of experience in Trade Marketing in FMCG industry, food amp; beverages industry is a MUST
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (outgoing personality)
• Experience of project management against set deliverables
• Ability to prioritize and organize workloads independently when required
