Job Description

What you will do:

  • Participate in setting HR and administration approaches to achieve companies’ objectives
  • Setting up hiring plan with end-to-end onboarding process including selection, job offers, contracting, hiring, social insurance enrollment, and filing of all employees’ documentations
  • Leaver’s checklist management, amp; complete employee exit documentation and clearance forms
  • Support the company’s annual performance appraisal process
  • Organize local training, employee engagement and other events
  • Recording the Payroll monthly variables including deductions, overtime, amp; unpaid leaves, etc.
  • Prepare attendance reports (weekly / monthly)
  • Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
  • Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
  • Administer health and life insurance programs (Contract Renewal, Reconciliations, addition, deletions, etc.)
  • Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor amp; social insurance laws
  • Support any Global People Operations projects

What you will need:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in a relevant role
  • BSc in administration or relevant field is preferred
  • HR Diploma is a plus
  • Outstanding communication (oral amp; written) in English and interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and any ERP system
