Job title: Senior UI | UX Designer

Responsibilities:
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with the team
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables)
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
- Able to create designs that are a clean, modern, unique, professional, and high-quality for desktop and mobile.
- Master designing tool such as Figma and Adobe XD
- Able to attend meetings for revision and for updates
Candidate Requirements:
- +4 years of proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Portfolio of design projects
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Proficient English level (oral and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft office, Outlook, Teams
- Must have knowledge about banking systems
- Must have experience in designing E-commerce websites, Crypto, Business card websites, or anything related to Finance and technology (Fintech)
- Good-natured, self-starter/self-driven, ability to work independently and with the team.
