We are currently looking for a full-time B2B Web Designer to join us in our exciting journey to helping us design compelling digital solutions for SaaS B2B technical projects and create a new site and landing page experience. As a Marketing Web Designer at WorkMotion you will have the opportunity to unleash your creativity and bring our brand to life through visually stunning web pages and marketing materials.
What you'll do
- Designing high impact and beautiful digital solutions for B2B technical products with thoughtful interactions, and smart use of content
- Work closely with the marketing team to create visually appealing and user-friendly web pages and marketing materials
- Develop fun and high-quality marketing materials, including website visuals, social media graphics, landing pages, ad creatives, event designs, data sheets, product explainers, and video format
- Stunning website visuals that effectively communicate our brand messaging and value proposition
- Eye-catching social media graphics that grab attention and drive engagement
- Conversion-focused landing pages that deliver a seamless user experience and drive results
- Ad creatives that cut through the clutter and drive brand awareness and engagement
- Video formats that deliver impactful brand storytelling
What we're looking for
- 3-5 years of experience designing B2B websites required
- Proficiency in user-centered design methods (UX/UI design)
- 3+ years of SEO experience, strong proficiency in technical SEO, link building and on-page optimizations required
WordPress, HTML5, CSS3 required - Some experience working with video editing and video tools such as Synthesia
- Strong understanding of visual design principles and branding
- Strong communication skills and a track record of effectively advocating for and evangelising user center design
- High level of intellectual and creative curiosity, a desire to reach beyond web to touch other aspects of the design and presentation layer of the brand
- Understanding of development within common Martech software like HubSpot, SFDC, Unbounce and Drift/ Intercom required
- Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, MOZ, SEMRush, Ahrefs, BrightEdge, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills to measure, manage, analyses and report on KPIs
