About the jobThis is an opportunity to set the standard of Operations within a fast-growing business. Lean is setting the tone for fintech-ecosystem-collaboration within the MENA market and is building the groundwork for Open Banking in a completely new environment.
A dedication to supporting the growth of the business and its culture is a necessity; the Operations amp; Office Manager will play a key role in fulfilling the company’s day-to-day operations and enabling stakeholders across departments globally and ensure the running of our new Riyadh office meet our high standards.

With the Lean API, fintechs can seamlessly connect to their customer's bank accounts to initiate payments and retrieve account information, such as balance and transaction history all while providing the customer with absolute control over their data and money.Lean is at the forefront of the Open Banking initiative within the Middle East. We aim to create a supportive and collaborative ecosystem of fintechs to support the growth of the industry within the region and ultimately give end-users useful products and seamless experiences.What you'll do
  • You'll support the People, Talent amp; commercial team to ensure the operations of our Riyadh office are up to standards and pro-actively help with any other business items that arise.
  • Leading Leaners the right way; assisting with simple IT support and provide colleagues with office material
  • Cost-effectively manage perks and amenities that engage our people.
  • You’ll quickly understand Lean’s unique culture and ensure the workplace plans reflect that culture. You know that our colleagues are your customers and you’ll work hard to provide them with an awesome workspace to call their own.
  • Working closely to and representing Executives to high-level individuals both internally and externallyCoordinating internal meetings including but not limited to one-on-one meetings, interviews, team meetings, full staff meetings, etc.
  • A passion for creating the ultimate employee experience through the office environment and aesthetics
  • Managing special projects and working under pressure with high-performance standards
  • Manage office space and work environment including making sure the office is kept clean, supplied, organised and in working order
  • Assist with new hire onboarding
  • Management and execution of local events to drive sales, build a community, and enable recruiting including logistics, production, venues, and budget
  • Assist with thinking creatively about the customer and prospect experience at events, and build experiences that are above expectations for attendees
  • you'll use your excellent English and Arabic language skills to operate effectively in the organisation.
