What you'll do:
Lead the Digital Marketing activities for our digital services across all channels Develop strategies, implement campaigns and optimize the digital performance marketing channels (display campaigns, paid search, digital growth channels) to drive traffic, engagement and retention Effectively execute performance marketing strategies by deploying, implementing and managing multi-channel campaigns Manage budgets and leverage data across the digital marketing channels and campaigns to achieve scale and efficiency Manage and maintain day to day operations including execution, QA and reporting of campaigns Develop and execute test and learn strategies across all channels Measure the incrementality of the different channels and campaigns to achieve maximum efficiency Manage communication, set a process and build relation with internal and external parties Identify new and emerging marketing channels Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels Track KPIs and develop reporting process to assess performance and implement actions accordingly
Requirements
What you'll need:
1+ years’ experience in digital performance marketing Heavy operational experience with display, search, analytical , and remarketing channels Proven track record of managing and scaling digital marketing activities Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to use data and analysis to make recommendations and drive decisions Bachelor’s Degree in a related field Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked and high energy environment Perfect verbal and written communication and collaboration skills History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done Aptitude for organization, flexibility and producing results Experience working in a similar or related roleWho will excel?
