About the role:

User Interface Designers are proponents of Human-Computer Interaction amp; Visual Design principles and are tasked with building and maintaining the design language used by the entire company to build its products. In this role, you will be responsible for designing the on-screen interfaces users will use to interact with MoneyFellows services.

Key responsibilities:

• Delivering high resolution mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Wireframe and iterate on UI designs to create the most intuitive and delightful experience for our users.
• To collaborate with company stakeholders and cross-functional teammates to ideate solutions that meet business goals/requirements.
• Participate in Usability Tests to find user pain points amp; ideate solutions.
• Create and manage complete Design Systems including tokens, components and documentation.
• Facilitate hand-offs to the developers to ensure a smooth and pixel-perfect implementation of the final design.
• Creating any necessary assets needed for the UI including icons and illustrations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Digital Product Design or similar role (3-5+ years of experience).
• Highly knowledgeable when it comes to Human Computer Interaction concepts, and usability best practices.
• Very strong understanding of visual, typographic and Graphic Design principles.
• Familiar with building amp; maintaining Design Systems using the Atomic Design approach.
• Pixel perfect attention to details.
• Empathetic and user centered focus at all times.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and willingness to collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in using Figma, Sketch or similar Interface design and prototyping tools.
