As Engineering Manager of b_labs you create product roadmap and define the strategic vision for your team driven by the overall vision, You have a deep understanding of the target market/industry and build close relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that the team’s effort is aligned with overall strategy. You own the product delivery; overall responsible for long-term product success from technology point-of-view; resolve roadblocks and engineering issues stopping product value delivery.
Requirements
- You have hands-on experience as a technical leader, technical individual contributor or engineering manager
- You have solid programming skills in Go, Java, Python, and/or similar languages as well as process skill in DevOps
- You have strong systems design experience, having scaled algorithmic amp; ML solutions in products
- You have a track record of delivering results even when requirements are under-specified
- You have the ability to write testable, reusable high quality code and build the capability in team members
