Job Description

Job brief

We are looking for a competent Recruitment Specialistto undertake a variety of tasks such as recruitment, orientation, and placement of employees. You will also be the one to ensure that the company complies with all relevant laws regarding employment.

A staffing coordinator must be an excellent communicator, and able to foster relationships with both employees and external vendors. They should ideally have experience in hiring and onboarding as well as other human resources procedures.

The goal is to ensure that the company’s staffing requirements are always met and employees work in a friendly, supportive environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all staffing needs and operations of the company.
  • Support candidate screening and hiring processes.
  • Liaising with recruiting agencies to fill vacancies in a timely manner.
  • Conduct intake meetings with recruiting agencies to agree on qualification criteria for candidates.
  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.
  • Collaborate with payroll to ensure correct employee compensation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of orientation and training plans.
  • Facilitate procedures after hiring regarding employee relocation, legal documents, etc.,
  • Prepare and submit reports on staffing operations.
  • Requirements

  • BSc/Ba in human resources, business administration, or relevant field.
  • Experience in Mass Hiring and dealing with recruitment agencies is a MUST.
  • Ability to manage the first hiring stages (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing).
  • Knowledge of staffing policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Experience in planning and execution of HR plans (onboarding, hiring, etc.)
  • Knowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Solid organizational and time-management abilities
  • Very good command of both spoken and written English.
  • Excellent Computer skills ( Microsoft Excel is a must ).
