ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an experienced Growth amp; CRM Marketing Manager ideally with knowledge of Braze to join our marketing. This role is key to the delivery of customer journeys across MoneyFellows.
You should be someone who’s passionate about marketing and providing a first-class customer experience that can engage our customers, drive revenue and build brand loyalty. You must possess a strong understanding of email marketing principles, automated Flows, Event based campaign A/B Testing amp; optimizing performance.

The ideal candidate has exceptionally high ownership, excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to work with agility in a fast-paced environment. They would also be insanely focused on demonstrating excellence in service delivery and problem-solving, breaking down complex information into understandable and actionable items. You will be an active and contributory member in People team, with a direct impact on the culture and business trajectory in your country.
