Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Supervisor- HORECA to expand our customer base and achieve sales quotas for specific districts of our company.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience managing the operation of a store (or number of stores) while taking accountability for reaching targets. You should also be able to remotely supervise a team of salespeople and set profitable goals. Our ideal candidates combine excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset. Ultimately, you will ensure your area of responsibility meets and exceeds the expectations of our business objectives and contributes to our company’s success in the long run.


Responsibilities
  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
  • Evaluate agent individual performances
  • Report on are sales results
  • Forecast quarterly and annual profits
  • Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople

Requirements

  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
  • Proven work experience as a Sales supervisor, Area Manager or similar senior sales role
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Understanding of store operations
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
