Integrant Inc is hiring a Senior/Principal Software Engineer primary goal is to implement assigned tasks on time, with the highest quality, and using the best practices. Senior Software Engineer is an experienced and talented developer with a successful delivery track, proven technical expertise, with eager for technology.

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support desktop applications based on Delphi.
• Own the architecture and technical decisions of the assigned tasks.
• Participate as needed in technical design decisions of the overall application modules
• Debug application issues on both the application development level and production release level.
• Design scalable long-term solutions given the current short-term requirements.
• Be part of a fast-paced engineering team in an Agile environment.
• Ability to extract business rules from existing code.
• Excellent investigation skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience with software development.
• 2+ years of experience desktop application development over Delphi.
• Experience with Delphi [preferred Borland Delphi 7]
• Experience with Delphi advanced database UI controls
• Experience with DevExpress desktop controls
• Experience with building reports using the Delphi report builder component
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns.
• Experience with RDBMS (SQL Server in particular) and writing SQL scripts and stored procedures.
• Experience using source control tools (GIT).
• Excellent problem solving and analytical reasoning skills.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Good English language skills (both written and spoken)
• Good working knowledge of Agile and SCRUM practices.
