Job Description

OLX is on the look for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team helping us connect with our base across the different online channels by developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns.

In this role you will be responsible for managing OLX online channels and diversifying the channel mix to explore amp; find new opportunities/channels for our campaigns amp; communication.

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including PM, SEO amp; CLM campaigns.
  • Setting the monthly and annual digital budget based on our annual goals and objectives and market dynamics.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Analyze and optimize spending of OLX PM campaigns.
  • Audit PM campaigns and instruct changes to be implemented by the PM team executives.
  • Working with content marketing amp; design teams to provide content to the PM team for all PM campaigns.
  • Find amp; explore new opportunities/channels for our PM campaigns.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests presenting findings and delivering actionable insights amp; recommendations.
  • Act as the focal point between the Marketing team and the PM and BI team executives.
  • Establish amp; manage partnerships with other digital partners to reach a mutual interest in our growth by launching joint campaigns.
  • Monitor, measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Working on Search Engine Optimization and app store optimization
  • Drawing user journeys and identifying trigger and engagement points
  • Identify OLX growth funnels and locate optimization areas and execute consequent plans.
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, providing perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.

Requirements


  • 7+ years’ experience, with at least 2 years in a similar seniority level/role with proven working experience in performance marketing.
  • Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills and very comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, CLM and email marketing.
  • Experience in developing amp; implementing performance marketing strategies
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
  • Proven A/B testing experience
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading cross channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Working knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript development and constraints is preferred
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing techniques and optimizations.
  • Self-starter with a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and time-management skills including prioritizing, scheduling and adapting when necessary.
