Job Description· Being the central interface between the business units and IT· Being responsible for budgeting (the whole infrastructure for the company)· Responsibility for the entire IT infrastructure, internal IT projects and the implementation of new tools and systems· Being first point of contact with Finance, making sure all our invoices are well registered and forecasted· Making sure that all the new joiners have the right accesses to the systems and all the hardware they need for their work· Leading the IT support team by taking accountability for their performance· Elaborating optimization strategies for the IT area, while taking trends and innovations into account· Supporting a culture of ownership, passion, respectfulness and successfully crossing the finish line as a teamJob Requirements

- Degree in information technology or a related field
- Proven experience in IT service amp; support, IT operation and process management
- Proven experience in building effective working relationships, both internally and externally, including vendor management and finance
- In-depth knowledge in actual technologies and solutions in IT-Security and IT-Infrastructure
- Know-how in the area of network, IP telephony, security and server operation
- Experience with automation
- High degree in independence and personal responsibility
- Leadership and organizational skills
- High stress resistance with the ability to prioritize and focusing on the essentials
- Customer-oriented and structured way of working, paired with readiness for action as well as team-oriented personality
