We are looking for engineers who are passionate about data and are eager to tackle big challenges using cloud and modern data processing technologies. The main focus of this role is to solve non-trivial data engineering problems in Fortune 500 companies. This person will mostly work with a mix of structured and unstructured, and use cloud and other state-of-the-art techniques and tools to help our customers achieve their business objectives.Your mission:Define, build and deliver high-quality data pipelines.Develop code used by data tools on Cloud (GCP, Azure or AWS) to perform expected data aggregation and processing operations.Develop Cloud (Azure, AWS or GCP) infrastructure design and setup.Design, construct, install, test and maintain data management systems.Ensure that all systems meet the business/company requirements as well as industry practices.Integrate up-and-coming data management and software engineering technologies into existing data structures.Develop set processes for data mining, data modeling, and data production.Create custom software components and analytics applications.Collaborate with members of your team (eg, data architects, the IT team, data scientists) on the project’s goals.Recommend different ways to constantly improve data reliability and quality.Build and design large-scale applications.Analyze and organize raw data.We are for someone with:Minimum 5 years of previous experience as a data engineer or in a similar role.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software/computer engineering, applied mathematics, or physics statistics.Intellectual curiosity to find new and unusual ways of how to solve data management issues.Technical expertise with data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques.Solid experience with Python to develop data pipelines using Pandas, Spark or any equivalent/comparable ETL tool.Hands-on experience with SQL database design.Intermediate-level experience with AWS, Azure or GCP.Why CIamp;T?- Career development; we believe in mentorship and supporting you to achieve your goals - including programs with a career adviser;- Flexible hours, and remote work options;- Global experience with the best digital specialists in the world;- Teams with diversity creating digital solutions for everyone;- People first approach: here we develop people before software;- Casual, fun, inclusive, and creative environment.
