Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Implementation and Training for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
- Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO financial modules, CRM, HR, Finance.
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 platform as per the company requirements
- Make the Business Process Analysis and Modeling to ensure that we adopt best practices for streamline operations.
- Conducts project reviews to ensure compliance with project goals and operability of solution. Manages the quality of the deliverables throughout the project life cycle.
- Leads the implementation Finance team through the full cycle of the implementation from analyzing the customer’s business requirements to configuring the D365 FinOps application to meet those customer’s needs to end-user training and go-live support.
- Collaborates with stakeholders throughout the customer’s organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements is gathered, that those requirements align to business objectives while gaining a full understanding of current business processes.
- Document and prepare agendas, business requirements, business process flows, business rules and other project documentation deliverables using the company standardized templates
- Ensure quality of software deliverable is as per design through creating and running test case scenarios
- Facilitate the company decision-making process and leads the implementation team with configuration, functional design documentation, and user acceptance testing and training with the company employees.
- Drives continuous process improvement in the implementation methodology and best practices.
Responsible for customer service escalations and transition to Support Team. - Engage in the pre-sales process and with requirement discussions, Deliver POC amp; RFI amp; RFP, and presenting tailored demos to the prospective customers.
- Promotes a culture of high performance and provides ideas and solutions as well as training opportunities.
Requirements
5+ years Dynamics CRM consultancy experience
Strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM customization and configuration
Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, CRM, HR, Finance.
Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics
CRM/365
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 modules
Microsoft SQL Server understanding
Ability to create high quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering
