Job Description
Ø MySQL Database Administration.
Ø Linux Virtualization/Containers knowledge.
Ø Load balancing and High availability experience.
Ø Installations and configuration for FTP, NFS, SMB, DNS, DHCP, NTP.
Ø Ability to do basic Shell, Perl and Python scripting/automation.
Ø Ability to train other team members on the applications, proper procedures, problem isolation.
Ø Must be able to perform optimization and performance testing, provide technical support for incident response and reporting and provide on-call support.
Ø Must be able to install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade and document all aspects of the of the Linux architecture.
Ø Knowledge of Kannel SMS gateway is a plus.
Ø Network knowledge, TCP/IP, and routing.
Ø RHCSA or Linux+ certification preferred, but not required;
ØWeb servers installations and configuration (Apache, Tomcat), basic knowledge
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or similar relevant degree.
- Previous working experience as a Linux Administrator for 2+ years, CentOS or Ubuntu.
- Experience installing, configuring such as Apache, Nginx, HAproxy, etc.
- Experience managing docker containers.
- Installations and configuration for FTP, NFS, SMB, DNS, DHCP, NTP
- Experience with load balancing amp; high availability.
- Deep Experience using Mysql/MariaDB.
- Ability to do basic Shell, Perl, and Python scripting/automation.
- Design and develop infrastructure monitoring and reporting tools.
- Installations and configuration for FTP, NFS, DNS, Mail server.
- Network knowledge, TCP/IP, and routing.
- Ability to do basic Shell and Perl scripting/automation.
- Knowledge of Kannel SMS gateway is a plus.
