Job Description

Job Description:

  • Define and document business documents [policies, processes, proceduresetc] with the stakeholders
  • Conduct interviews/definition sessions with concerned owners/departments as per the defined plan to define the required business documents [Policies, Processes, Procedures etc]
  • Identify the process KPIs and be responsible for measuring the process performance
  • Responsible for performing process analysis and design to drive continuous process improvement that supports CEQUENS’s strategic goals
  • Conduct business-process re-engineering / optimization, and follow-up on cross-functional improvement initiatives in line with CEQUENS’s goals and strategies
  • Document the As-Is business processes and be responsible for improving the existing business processes using the DMAIC and/or the PDCA cycle
  • Lead process improvement initiatives. Manage the efforts to identify, revise and improve existing processes
  • Assist and support the day to day operation performance and improvement initiatives
  • Generate improvement opportunities through operational insights, and from colleagues, customers, and external best practice
  • Support with the ISO standards implementation and documentation
  • Provide training sessions and coaching to internal stakeholders to elevate the level of process awareness and overall quality and process management mindsets

Requirements

  • Process Management professional with 3-6 years of hands-on experience with Process Management activities [Define As-Is Process, Set Process KPIs, Measure Process Performance
  • Has strong experience with process management methodologies [DIDOV, DMAIC, Lean] and is experienced in using the BPMN stencil
  • Full understanding and practical experience of the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt methodologies. Certification is a plus
  • Strong awareness of ISO standards and in compliance practices in general
  • Proven experience in building / deploying / maintaining Quality management systems is a must
  • Experienced in statistics and data interpretation
  • Has Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis skills
  • Strong verbal and written English and communication skills
  • Very good computer skills with working knowledge of MS office
  • Working at a telecommunication field is a plus
