AI Program Manager for one of the partners in Egypt.
Job Summary:We are looking for a Program Manager to partner with researchers and engineers focused on delivering groundbreaking Artificial intelligence technologies to different domains. This role requires positive relationship management, program creation and management and multi-functional coordination and creative thinker who can implement in an ever-changing environment. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and will have experience managing staff to produce results in a timely manner.Responsibilities:
- Work with different entities teams to identify project scope, constraints, dependencies, and risks.
- Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects.
- Develop and control Projects deadlines, budgets and activities.
- Coordinate cross-project activities.
- Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff.
- Drive multi-functional teams to build and enhance state-of-the-art machine learning and NLP models.
- Producing accurate and timely reporting/presentations of program status throughout its life cycle.
- Capture and communicate project status and metrics clearly to leadership and top management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or master degree in business in IT / technology related field.
- Proven stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience managing a team.
- Excellent problem-solving ability.
- Ability to maintain excellent colleague and client relationships, coupled with the ability to effectively gather information from key stakeholders to define solutions
- Practical experience with various AI technologies from leading AI vendors.
- Good experience with Data, AI, and Machine Learning
- At least 8 years of industry experience with 5+ years’ experience of hands-on management experience in Professional Services delivering AI solutions in a team-leading role
