Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist is responsible for leading the staffing efforts of the company and building a strong workforce. S/he will be responsible for the entire recruiting cycle. Our mission is to attracts and hire top talents and retain the best employees in the EMEA region.

• Manage talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Proactively source candidates
• Write job descriptions, post vacancies and screen applications
• Perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates
• Conduct Competency Based Interviews
• Track open positions’ progress from start to hire
• Manages the use of recruiters and headhunters
• Follow up with Hiring Managers consistently to ensure timely and appropriate hiring
• Manage candidate interview results and selection decision with the hiring manager.
• Provide candidates feedback on interview results as appropriate.
• Conducts background/reference checks
• Participate in the offer process including negotiating offers with candidates.
• Prepare offer letter/employment agreement for signature.
• Facilitate and smooth new employees onboarding
• Coordinate and conduct new employees orientation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field majoring in Human Resources or Psychology is a PLUS
• 3-6 years of experience in the same role
• English Fluency is a must
• Experience in IT/Telecom companies is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Collaborative amp; Creative person
• A strong networking and negotiation skills
• People amp; Business Oriented
• Hight attention to details
