Technical Development Lead - NodeJS

• Design, develop, deliver and maintain web amp; desktop applications.
• Actively participate in technical requirements elicitation from the client.
• Promote development best practices among all team members (Coding, Testing, Release amp; Support).
• Raise the code quality for the whole team.
• Mentor and train junior team members.
• Explore and investigate new frameworks and technology trends in android development.

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• At least 8+ years of software development experience and 2+ years in a similar role.
• Excellent understanding of OOP, design patterns, and SW Architecture
• Strong record of delivering and managing NodeJS projects
• Hands on experiences in pipelines (Jenkins or Gitlab) and Kafka
• Experience manufacturing domain and/or communicating with devices amp; Hardware is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English is a must (verbal and written)
