Job Description

About this role

As a Regional HR Manager, you will design, plan and implement human resources programs and policies starting from (Admin policies, company culture, onboarding and offboarding, compensation amp; benefits, , employee management, internal communication, retention, and termination) in all different office locations (Morocco, Egypt, Barcelona, and UAE).

What you will do

  • Provides day to day direction in all aspects of international human resources, including supervision of other offices.
  • Ensures compliance and understands local labor law for each region (Morocco, Egypt, UAE, and Spain) affecting human resources, and payroll, including but not limited to time off, medical leave, safety and immigration process
  • Develop, localize and revise the HR policies/processes/practices that are aligned with global leading practices and contribute to the achievement of business goals
  • Partner with third party payroll companies to process the payroll in other countries in timely manner
  • Guides Managers and team to ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices
  • Support the Country Managers and COO with the salary benchmark projects for each office
  • Coordinates and plan the new hires admin onboarding in different offices and coordinate with the Professional development department
  • Participates in recognition, morale building and office involvement activities (such as values committee)
  • Completes some moderately repetitive Admin tasks (HR documents, Insurance Prime, Payrolls)
  • Analyzes data using quantities tools (HR employee survey, Attrition, HR Dashboard)
  • Maintains confidentiality and uses discretion with business and personal information
  • Evaluates human resources processes and strategies with the COO and Managing Partner to determine improvements to be made
  • Leads on the improvement and development of internal communication channels including the regular use and championing of an internal communication platform fully embedded into daily working life to provide an effective flow of information with employees.
  • Effectively communicates information, changes, updates, and responds to questions in person, in small group or through video conference with the employees, vendors and other partners
  • Leads and manages HR related internal projects

Who you are

Background and Linguistics skills:

  • Master’s degree in Business or HRM
  • A minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience and at least 1 supervisory experience
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong management skills including ability to lead, listen, coach and motivate
  • Prior knowledge of HRIS system
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Computer skills (PPT, Excel)
  • Able to travel for work when needed (limited)


  • Entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation
  • Full proficiency in English - Additional languages are a plus
  • Experience working with a multinational companies and diverse workplace
  • Organizational and listening skills
