What's On Your Plate?
We are looking for a CRM Associate to join our dynamic CRM team. The role will require you to build relevant and engaging content on the owned CRM channels which will tie into increasing acquisition and retention.
As an associate, you will own and implement CRM campaigns on a country level for Talabat. As an individual, you'll need to be flexible, performance-driven, able to work to tight deadlines and be willing to be hands-on to get the job done.
What's on your plate?
Support country and regional CRM projects for any planned or ad-hoc tasks .
Work closely with the different regional teams (strategy, logistics, people operations,.) to push campaigns live in CRM channels (Email, PN, In App) across all markets.
Manage campaign based complaints with the customer care team on any CRM related issues.
Creation of vouchers, credit & BIN Campaigns and support different regional and country teams.
Work closely with the finance team on reporting the costs of vouchers & credit
Perform timely & accurate KPI reporting to share across regional/local stakeholders.
Job Specification
What did we order?
Prior experience in handling CRM channels, consumer communication,including Push Notification, In-app messaging, Email, SMSBeing data-driven and passionate about reporting the results is a plus.
Good time management skills
Comfortable working with data and reporting campaign results
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent, with a strong data focus.
Minimum 1 years of proven relevant work experience, preferably in a fast-paced working environment where App marketing is the core.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic
Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Proactive, responsible, attention to detail and a good team player
Ability to work in a fast paced and result oriented multi-cultural environment
