Flat6Labs Cairo Seed Program is looking for a Startup Growth Manager with a diverse experience background in technology, startups and business development to support Flat6Labs startups throughout their journey within the accelerator program. The Startup Growth Manager will be responsible to regularly meet with the startups, evaluate/analyze their development potentials, support their growth journey and report their progress to the management team regularly.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the overall startup progress throughout the seed program cycle
- Regularly report on the startups’ progress
- Monitor weekly milestones/KPIs set out by the Managing Director at the start of the cycle
- Work closely with each startup on areas including tools, technology growth, growth hacking methods, how to effectively increase market share and revenues.
- Establish relationships with peer organizations, government and corporates, identifying partnership and business development opportunities for startup accelerator’s companies.
- Work alongside the program team to ensure incycle startup events have maximum impact for the cohort startups
- Ensure startup deliverables are inline with predetermined timelines including financial models, pitch decks, accelerator road maps etc.
- Assist startups to carry out due diligence and market research to assess potential areas of growth and how to raise their barriers to entry.
- Compile a knowledge base of current business topics for startups including but not limited to growth hacking, technology pitfalls, market access methods etc.
- Work alongside specialized coaches in sessions to ensure the correct outcome amp; objectives are achieved
- Identify top industry consultants in areas including technology stacks, UX/UI, marketing strategies etc to work with the startup companies.
- Identify startups areas of weakness while working alongside program team to ensure support given in sessions, consulting services, perks etc to alleviate their weaknesses
Requirements
- At least 8-10 years of experience in entrepreneurship, technology and/or business management
- Major in business/management studies.
- Strong analytical, project management and organizational skills.
- Proactive and highly organized, with strong time management and planning skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Well-connected with the local business and investor community.
- Engaged in the local startup community and its activities.
