The Role
As a fundamental member of the Operations Team, you will play a significant role in contributing to the growth and success of Vezeeta. This is a position that will see you gain experience and skills in a wide range of areas as well as working at the forefront of the health-tech industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming/outgoing calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to up sell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Meet team's qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Business Administration preferred
- 1+ years of experience in customer support/service role
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer oriented processes
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Industry experience is a plus
