Responsibilities,- Guide the performance of all digital advertising such as PPC, display, mobile campaigns, retargeting, video campaigns and more.
- Research and analyze campaign and conversion data and partner with other team members to continuously optimize and improve campaign performance.
- A/B testing campaign creatives and audience segments to optimize channel performance.
- Execute on campaign builds and optimizations (includes creative messaging, audience creation/segmenting/targeting, budgeting, bidding).
- Optimize our customer funnel and improve our conversion.
- Collaborate with channel-specific marketing teammates (blogging, email, social media, etc.) to identify areas for growth.
- Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g. online advertising, direct mail, out of home, affiliate) and conversion rate optimization.
- Propose creative new projects, from building free tools and apps that attract prospects and convert leads to testing new approaches to capturing existing demand.
- Translate ideas to actionable items that deliver business results.
- Analyze, recommend and lead the implementation of improvement initiatives.
- Keep abreast with the latest trends and changes in UI/UX and digital marketing.
- Identify industry trends and insights.
- Build our very own growth engine.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with a concentration in marketing or advertising.
- 7+ years proven experience in managing Growth in a well-known startup.
- Significant experience working with specific digital channels (Search, Display, Social); experience in eCRM amp; Email Marketing a plus.
- Experience working in Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Google Tag Manager and social listening tools.
- Proven track record managing marketing channels and optimizing performance.
- Experience turning quantitative and qualitative research into strategic recommendations.
- Conversion rate optimization experience.
- Ability to think strategically and make innovative recommendations that drive client goals.
- Previous working experience as a Marketing Growth Hacker.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO factors and key algorithm updates.
- Applicable knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Hands-on experience with web analytics and A/B testing tools.
- Domain expertise in UI/UX best practices.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High standards of excellence and attention to detail.
