As a Sales Operations Senior Specialist your will be Customizing and pulling marketing reports from the CRM,Analyzing the marketing reports to determine what kind of customer trends the business should respond to, Also,Verifying the information added to the CRM system, in addition to your Responsibility for the quality and consistency of data used to drive sales and marketing efforts.
Duties amp; Responsibilities:
- Serve as the in-house CRM specialist.
- Manage quality and consistency of data, train users, generate reports and input data to support organization initiatives.
- Update and maintain stakeholder records within the CRM system.
- Communicate with stakeholders on a regular basis to ensure clean data for use across all areas of the organization.
- Provide timely insights and analytical support to different internal business stakeholders (including sales, marketing and other departments) to support effective business decision-making.
- Perform other related duties, special projects and assignments as required.
- Delivering CRM strategies across the organization.
- Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures (Quality).
- Commercial awareness. A CRM Executive must know his/her target market well.
- Assist with administrative duties related to research and business intelligence.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree required
- 4+ of experience and solid knowledge in CRM solutions.
- Ability to work with large database and summarize findings in clear format.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Programs.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Great Organizational skills and ability to multi task.
