Main Task amp; Responsibilities :
- Build Data Analytics enterprise models using the Microsoft technologies including Power BI, Power Query
- Develop tabular, multidimensional models compatible to warehouse standards
- Develop self-service models, data analytics using Power BI service
- Experience with Microsoft Azure platform and service (Power BI, Flow) is addition
- Experience working with data gateway, data integration, self-service data preparation, APIs,etc
- Develop, publish, schedule reports and dashboards to meet business requirements
- Assist business users on functional and data requirements to enhance data models
- Strong understanding of Data Analytics application security layer models
- Enable, configure, and maintain application
- Query performance optimization
- Utilization and capacity management
- Data sources connectivity, configuration, optimization, data security and access permission, Server configurations
- Publish Power BI visuals
- Troubleshoot data access and other issues
- Manage Power BI mobile app deployment with In tune
- Experience in the Cloud APIs and related things
- Manage data privacy and security, such as source data security
Requirements
- BS degree in Computer Science, Information System, or equivalent working experience
- 2-4 years development experience in Data Analytic technologies such as: Microsoft Power BI is mandatory. Qlik Sense. MicroStrategy. Business Objects
- 2-4 years’ experience in writing SQL
- 1-3 years development experience with Excel Formula, DAX formula, Java Script, CSS and other java script libraries
- 2-3 years working experience in data warehousing/mart engagements
- Microsoft Azure is addition
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office products required with advanced skills in Excel
- Organize and think through desired end to end outcome before starting a task
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to communicate with business users
- Dependability excellent attendance record, follows instructions, responds to management direction, and solicits feedback to improve performance
- Excellent organizational skills - ability to anticipate and prioritize daily workflow to effectively meet deadlines
- Strong commitment to provide exceptional service
- Self-starter with ability to work independently across functional groups and on multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Fluent in English and Arabic is a must.
