Duties amp; Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for growing revenues and margin based on the targets
  • Constantly monitoring existing accounts, with a target of growing them by a % YOY
  • Progressive Rate and pricing management / set the individual network price per customer and price change configuration (Inherit from Product or Override)
  • Research and establish contact with new leads.
  • Driving new business and sales for the Wholesale business with a targeted number of accounts to be added each quarter.
  • Representing Cequens in relevant events and conferences and setting an ROI of the event.
  • Responsible for the Buy and Sell for the accounts as well as the profitability of the account.
  • Acting as the sole interface with the account from a commercial stand.
  • Acts as an escalation point for the technical / financial problems.
  • Work as a team to ensure the Wholesale team meets their objectives.
  • Communicate the progress of their accounts, and new requirements weekly to ensure smooth dealings overall.
  • Review and amend contracts as per agreed with client/vendor in compliance with Cequens governance.
  • Communicate with routing any commitments, terms and conditions, prepaid/post paid for all their accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree holder of relevant discipline with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the wholesale traffic and carrier relations business.
  • Proficient English user both verbal and written.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be able to initiate and establish executive level rapport with telecom operators.
  • Structured thinker, pays attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently.
  • Availability to travel.
