Job Description
PeopleCert, a global leader in certification industry, is looking for a talented Microsoft Dynamics CRM Software Developer who will be part of our MS Dynamics CRM Software Development Team in our headquarters at Athens, Greece.
This position lies in our Software Development Department, which designs and develops applications that support amp; manage our certification exams, conducted 24x7 worldwide. Our applications are web based, Build cloud (Azure) based web services/applications using various technologies including JavaScript, Redis, oAuth, .Net core, SQL server etc, iOS amp; android native app development and video streaming.
For this position ability for relocation to Athens, Greece is required.
Responsibilities
- Management of the delivery of multiple and complex simultaneous system development projects from design through to release
- Coordination with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Software Team Leader in providing a technical solution from design thought to the code level
- Execute the transition from analysis to design and delivery
- Coordination with vendors and other 3rd parties where necessary
Requirements
- University and/or Postgraduate Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM web services, Workflows and Reports
- Knowledge of C# , JavaScript and Sharepoint will be considered as an asset
- Excellent command of the English Language (Level C2)
- Ability to work in a team under guidelines, provided by the Chief Architect and Analyst, using agile software development (SCRUM)
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure

Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)
Any person who is engaged by PeopleCert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check prior to commencing their SELT duties. All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by PeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared.
- If working on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include:
- A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check
- Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality, identity and place of residence)
- HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC)
- Financial background check
- Employment reference check.
- If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK.
