1. Supervising the Financial Consultancy Operation with the highest professional standards and within the scope of work agreed upon with the Client in the fields of: a. Business Valuationb. Corporate and Financial Restructuringc. Feasibility Studiesd. Strategic Business plane. Any other studies required by the client.
2. Preparing Proposals
3. Reviewing Reports and ensuring professionalism and highest quality.
4. Supervising the Training and Development of staff under his area of responsibility
5. Prepare periodical Financial Appraisal for staff under his area of Supervision
6. Abide to rules and company policies , procedures and code of ethics
7. Prepare periodical progress reports.
8. Business Development of the area of his specialization
9. Put strategic goals and the suitable plan to achieve them
