Summary:
As a Test Analyst ll, you will work on our next generation ordering platform to create a smooth and easy ordering experience for our customers.

You will be responsible for the manual test of mobile clients (iOS & Android) and the website and the triaging of the Production defects.
What's On Your Plate? (Core Responsibilities):
Perform manual test execution including regression, integration, exploratory, functional, and usability testing to achieve the highest level of software quality.
Track and log Production issues referred by different channels in a BDD format, and work with the engineering teams in closing those issues.
Conduct a deeper investigation on the reported issues which includes the logs and data sets from backend systems to identify the root-causes.
Liaison with the Engineers and the Central QA team to assist with troubleshooting and help ensure end-to-end quality, process compliance, and issue resolution.
Guide the team on prioritizing the defects, emphasizing on fixes for critical bugs, understand implemented fixes and the impacts.
API Testing and automation using any one tool i.e. Postman, RestAssured, SOUP UI.
Create technical documentation and user guides for multiple features that illustrate the backend implementation and frontend.
Promote a Quality mindset culture across multiple engineering teams.
Job Specification
The following experience is relevant to us
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent degree.
± 2 - 4 years experience in software testing
Certification: ISTQB Foundation Level (CTFL)
Strong Cross-functional testing experience on Website/Mobile View and Mobile apps (iPhone / Android)
Experience working within Agile practices and knowledge of Agile values & principles.
High proficiency in using Jira and Confluence!
High proficiency in using at least one of the test management solutions such as Zephyr or Testrail Or Quality Center!
Strong Design, Execution, and Reporting testing skills.
Highly analytically thinking, team player with excellent problem-solving skills, and strong ability to take an end-to-end approach to getting things done.
Self-motivated, clear structured working style, demonstrates high-quality standards
Excellent communication skills in English
Experience using one of the automation tools i.e. Selenium WebDriver (nice to have)
