Head of Mobile Development / iOS

• Drive project initiation, execution and delivery.
• Elicit the requirements from the client and communicate them to rest of the team as user stories.
• Communicate project progress / risks to internal and external stakeholders
• Promote development best practices among all team members (Coding, Testing, Release amp; Support)
• Manage and facilitate the team scrum process.
• Mentor and train junior team members.

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• At least 8+ years of software development experience
• Strong record of delivering and managing iOS projects
• Experience with both Cocoa Touch and Swift
• Up to date with the latest iOS development technologies and frameworks (such as Combine, SwiftUI, and RxSwift)
• Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English is a must (verbal and written)

• 5+ years in iOS development,
• 2+ years in similar role.
