Integrant is a global custom software development house seeking talented Head of Mobile Development / Android in Cairo, Egypt. We are headquartered in San Diego, CA and serve U.S. companies.

We are looking for passionate and organized Mobile Android Technical Project Leads/ Software Project Managers. Someone with a knack for making project delivery a top priority while balancing the needs of many stakeholders, users, and the team?

Top candidates will demonstrate an ability to successfully deliver projects on time, work collaboratively to come up with solutions to achieve goals, and use good communication to satisfy customers and motivate the team.

Duties amp; Responsibilities

• Drive project initiation, execution and delivery.
• Elicit the requirements from the client and communicate them to rest of the team as user stories.
• Communicate project progress / risks to internal and external stakeholders
• Promote development best practices among all team members (Coding, Testing, Release amp; Support)
• Manage and facilitate the team scrum process.
• Mentor and train junior team members.

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• At least 8+ years of software development experience
• Strong record of delivering and managing Android projects
• Experience with both Android amp; Kotlin
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English is a must (verbal and written)

• 5+ years in Android development,
• 2+ years in similar role.
