Job Description
Responsibilities
- Formulate strategies and execute to build a lasting digital connection with clients and prospective customers
- Ensure that content reaches the right part of the sales funnel at the right time
- Develop and execute short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and the sales pipelineIdentifying new markets and advertising tactics to encourage business growth
- Launch optimized online advertising campaigns through Google Adwords, LinkedIn, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
- Lead A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels
- Monitor and optimize ongoing company presence on social media
- Assist in content development to target consumers throughout the customer lifecycle
- Skilled in content optimization supported by SEO/SEM/PPC strategies
- Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance
- Provide regular and comprehensive updates on KPI’s, including conversions, bounce rate, engagement rates, etc.
- Know Integrant’s brand and services inside and out. Continuously refine and develop customer personas. Know their buying preferences.
- Develop compelling, high-impact campaigns and ABM programs across multiple channels to successfully engage target accounts and generate pipeline/opportunities for the sales team
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization, etc.)
- Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
- Develop recommendations and guidance on effective methods to target the right prospects based on past results and new research
Requirements
- Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
- 7+ years B2B marketing experience; preferably in the technology industry; experience marketing services
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Experience with B2B social media, digital adveritising, and SEO/SEM
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, tactics, and technologies
- Deep knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, etc.)
- Experience developing innovative, unique, out-of-the-box campaign concepts
- Data-driven mindset and the ability to deliver the most relevant insights that accurately describe the campaign performance
- Highly analytical, keen eye for detail, insatiable curiosity, and desire to problem solve to improve practices
- Entrepreneurial, collaborative, creative thinker who has the initiative and relationship skills to drive projects across internal teams
- Must have the proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects, priorities, and engagements simultaneously
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field; Master of Business Administration (MBA) a plus.
