Job Description

We are looking for a candidate who engages with inbound leads and interacts with targeted digital communities. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, we expect you to be tech-savvy and passionate about the latest digital technologies and social media trends.

Our ideal candidate must be a ‘people person’ with inbound sales skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community. Ultimately, he/she should be able to handle our SEO activities, social media presence, and external newsletters, while ensuring high levels of web traffic, customer engagement, and demand generation.


Duties amp; Responsibilities

  • Work on competitive analysis and research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages digital communities to convert into inbound leads.
  • Provide value-added insights on A/B testing practices, blog posts, online campaigns, SEO Optimization, viral content, and technical analysis, while monitoring user engagement across our website.
  • Collaborate with design and content team to produce and optimize digital marketing channels.
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information to our CEQUENS Digital Community.
  • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc.) to manage customer retention activities, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and simplify complex projects moving forward.

Requirements

  • BSc degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, PR, or any relevant fields
  • 3-5 years of experience in Content Marketing, Community Management, Blogging, and Basic knowledge of SEO and Data Analytics.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels and content management systems, e.g. Ahrefs, HubSpot CMS, Social Media Channels, Google Marketing Platform, etc.
  • Experience in launching community initiatives, e.g. building an online forum, maintaining an ambassador program, creating an event series, and writing emails and newsletters, etc.
  • Ability to identify relevant digital marketing metrics, interpret website traffic, and track online customer engagement metrics
  • Good communication, presentation, and English writing skills is a MUST.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills are a plus.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Ads Management is a plus.
