What you will do
- Quickly analyzing and understanding the industry sector, companies (regional presence, corporate structures, departments), job profiles and functions pertaining to a particular project
- Identifying the top expert in scope given the information requirements
- Recruiting / engaging / screening experts via phone for expert phone consultations
- Managing the expert throughout the duration of the project (screening, briefing, setting performance expectations, compliance, scheduling, connecting on the call, following up with the PCF and gathering feedback etc.)
- Adding and updating all of the required information on the necessary platforms (from expert to workflow information)
- Gaining a firm understanding of and following all of the processes and procedures
- Clear, professional, reactive communication (expert and team)
- Participating in all assigned training courses
- Seeking and translating feedback into results and ensure an easy connection between experts and client
Who you are
- Bachelor or master’s degree in BA
- Excellent communication skills
- Ideally experience in Research/Consultancy/Recruitment
- Capable of making cold calls and adapt to interlocutor’s seniority level
- Able to multitask and work under restricted deadlines
- Dynamic, with an entrepreneurial spirit and creativity
- Can-do attitude and results oriented
- Experience in Microsoft Office tools (Microsoft office, PowerPoint, Excel - other programs are a plus)
- Excellent writing skills in English and French (Arabic is a plus)
