About the Role
As a supply operations lead you will be responsible for managing our hubs and create new supply channels. You will also manage Hub’s expansions, shipper launches and all current projects managed by Hub manager who will be reporting directly to this position.Reporting how the vertical is performing will also be key given that they work behind the scenes. Any deficit between our demand and supply should be closely monitored by this role in order to fill in the gaps from a supply perspective. What You’ll Do:

- Lead and manage our Hubs day to day operations.
- Train and coach a team of managers, supervisors amp; representatives on how to identify new supply channels and create qualified opportunities.
- Manage POD collection cycle and deposits (petty cash) through directing our ground representatives to meet with carriers.
- Handle (OTP) and make sure that carriers are arriving on time.
- Head count management and team utilization.
- Education| Bachelor’s Degree in Supply chain or related field.
- Work Experience | 5-7 years.
- Team management experience.
- Executing and project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate and work with a highly diverse set of customers, transportation partners, and internal partners.
- Analytical and critical thinking ability.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- The ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well.
