About the role:
HR Generalist role will be far from one-dimensional. HR Generalist will undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like organizing training, administering employee benefits, leaves and crafting HR policies. HR Generalist will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. And you’ll also act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics.The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.Responsibilities :
  • Co-leading all HR operational activities for Egypt.
  • Creating and maintaining HR policies to make sure all staff members activities are regulated.
  • Making sure all personnel documents are audit-proof for the Labor office, social insurance office and external audits.
  • Leading and coordinating on-boarding with talent acquisition to ensure a world class new joiner experience.
  • Leading and coordinating exit process for leavers to ensure staff member file is terminated in alignment with our policies and checklists.
  • Being a point of contact with all Department Heads to provide consultancy in any HR related matter.
  • Working closely on the engagement agenda with the engagement lead.
  • Maintaining a master database for all our staff members with all their employment history and needed data.
  • Co-working on Learning and development agenda to provide development for our staff members according to their needs.
  • Working closely on the performance management system to make sure all objectives are placed and maintained.
  • Working on compensation and benefits duties (Salary increases - Salary Surveys - Pay structures) and all other related compensation and benefits duties.
Qualifications :
  • 4-5 Years experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related.
  • Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
  • Excellent record keeping skills.
  • Stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent efficient HR administration skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem solving skills.
  • Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach.
Trella aims to structure and regulate the freight industry with a goal of improving efficiency and reducing waste throughout the entire supply chain.
