Performance Marketing Team Lead (Egypt - Initially fully remote)

We’re looking for an accomplished senior performance marketing professional to bring leadership to our multi-skilled performance team, take responsibility for a major client’s account strategy and help drive our vision of paid search and paid social to the next level.

In this role, you will take ownership of working with your team to manage day-to-day paid search and paid social campaigns from initial brief, project planning, execution, optimisation, billing, financial management, weekly / monthly reviews and post campaign analysis, to ensure we are meeting our client’s objectives and expectations.

Requirements

In addition to the above, you will be able to:

• Demonstrate an in-depth practical knowledge of Paid Social best practice, Optimisation Framework, Account Structure, Bidding Strategy, Targeting types, and their application to campaigns to generate a high standard of delivery
• Build paid social campaigns amp; strategies that are structured into clear frameworks focused on clients business objectives amp; are built upon solid insight
• Demonstrate an in-depth practical knowledge of Google Ads and tracking systems
• Ensure that we execute and surpass our client requests and manage expectations effectively
• Actively seek creative and innovative media solutions
• Identifying new opportunities in the marketplace

Requirements

We're looking for an experienced performance marketer who constantly strives to learn new skills and being part of a dynamic agency environment

• Strong technical and data analysis skills (advanced Microsoft Excel)
• Excellent written and numerical skills
• Excellent communication and literacy skills in both English and Arabic
• Self-motivated amp; willing to take on new challenge
• Skilled in owning the strategic client relationship
