As an Enterprise Business Manager, you will be leading the process design, implementation and innovation for Enterprise Projects that Ureed.com offers for its enterprise clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of account managers amp; manage their day-to-day activities and overall performance;
• Set-up client briefing, onboarding and activation processes and ensure SLA compliance;
• Coordinate with product and the marketplace operations team to ensure meeting clients' deliverables at desired quality and in accordance to pre-set requirements;
• Take ownership of co-creating the marketplace strategy for growing and sustaining enterprise clients’
• Ensure the retention, upselling and satisfaction of Ureed's enterprise clients;
• Lead the re-negotiation and renewal of clients contracts;
• Own profitability and key unit economics of enterprise businesses.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment, and preferably in a client-facing role;
• A strong commercial or agency background;
• Education background in management, marketing or relevant field;
• Demonstrated success in client retention and up-selling;
• Comfortable with "hands-on" management of tasks, and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously;
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level;
• Excellent command of English language.
• Excellent command of Microsoft office suite
