As a Supply Growth Manager, you will spearhead Ureed.com freelance talent acquisition, onboarding and retention strategy, you will be contributing to the core engine of Ureed’s business its vast network of talented freelancers. You will build Ureed’s brand as an economic opportunity provider for the gig workers around the world.
Responsibilities:
· Design, build and manage the supply growth function of Ureed.com marketplace department in accordance to company OKRs and direction.
· Build and manage the supply growth team to enable adequate bandwidth to streamline acquisition amp; onboarding activities.
· Ensure quality of talents acquired across all business verticals and segments.
· Oversee and ensure the execution of projects and job opportunities on Ureed’s online marketplace.
· Liaise with product and tech teams to improve the experience and engagement of freelancers with Ureed.com
· Manage department overall budget and talent acquisition goals.
· Contribute to the overall direction and overarching objectives of the marketplace team
Requirements
At least 5 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment, with minimum of 2 years managing teams.
Strong tech-startup background is highly preferred.
Education background in management, economics, or relevant field.
Comfortable with "hands-on" management of tasks, and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including C-suite level
Excellent command of English language.
Excellent command of Microsoft office suite
SQL proficiency is a plus
