Job Description

The Head of People amp; culture provides HR strategic and operational leadership across the organisation. S/he will lead on the company's organisation development strategy and continue to strengthen high employee engagement outcomes. We are seeking an experienced Head of People amp; Culture with outstanding people skills to manage our teams and ensure that our human resources programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned to overall business objectives.

We are looking for a caliber who builds strong relationships and trust at all levels. S/he should be passionate about HR embodying and communicating how high performance and wellness come hand in hand. A strong leader with a person-centric approach who will be proactive, visible in the organisation and looking to contribute in meaningful ways.

Duties amp; Responsiblities:

  • Implement HR strategies that support business objectives, forecasting staffing needs, mitigating risk, structuring benefit packages,managing budgets, designing accountability mechanisms, and overseeing overall employment needs.
  • Monitor administration and compliance and establish policies, guidelines, standards and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and resolves any discrepancies.
  • Develop and monitor an annual budget that includes Human Resources services, employee recognition and administration.
  • Lead the implementation of the performance management system that includes performance development plans (PDPs) and employee development programs.
  • Establish an in-house employee training system that addresses company training needs including training needs assessment, new employee orientation or onboarding, management development, production cross-training, the measurement of training impact, and training transfer.
  • Establish the company salary and benefits structure, pay policies, and oversees the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises.
  • Design and manage a company-wide process of organization development that addresses issues such as succession planning, superior workforce development, key employee retention, organization design, and change management.
  • Lead a process of organization development that plans, communicates, and integrates the results of strategic planning throughout the organization.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor Degree in HR or any other relevant field.
    • Master's degree and/or MBA would be a plus
    • 10+ Significant HR leadership years of experience
    • Proven experience of developing and implementing an organisation-wide People Plan
    • Leading Talent acquisition, transformation, reward, support services, Lamp;D and Camp;B
    • Partner with the leadership team to develop a strong company culture
