Job Description

The Operations team is the engine that makes Cequens run. As a Customer Operations Associate, you'll be responsible for ensuring unparalleled service to our clients. We're looking for self-motivated, quick-thinkers who will be able to execute a number of tasks flawlessly with confidence. We're the best in the business at customer service and expect each new member of the team to treat our clients like kings. You handle stressful inquiries with flare. You should be very comfortable on the phone and well-written over email. Most importantly, your time management is impeccable and you get things done.


**Shift-base: Morning Starting 9 am and Ends 5 pm, Afternoon shift Starting 1 pm and Ends 9 pm.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create new customer’s/Vendors on the system
  • Create New Master Accounts/Sub Accounts.
  • Assign routes/profiles/products and prices.
  • Manage System Users and assign Roles.
  • Manage Clients Balances/ credit limits/Credit Notes/Debit Notes
  • Maintain price change notifications to customers.
  • Support Clients/account managers for all their customer requests.
  • Sender Registration handling for all networks.
  • Manage System Rules.
  • Generate reports as per customer requests.
  • Handle all customer’s Throughput/Sessions/priorities requests/inquiries.
  • Escalate bugs and technical issues.
  • System coverage update. MCC/MNC/Prefixes.
  • Maintain Clients/Vendors/System Accurate Data.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in Excel
  • Strong analytical skills, with a natural curiosity to acquire new knowledge and abilities
  • Strong focus on detail
  • Good geographical skills
  • Intellectual and good team player.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Fluent English skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Messaging industry is preferred
  • Team player and willing to assist the team to accomplish tasks.
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional and positive internal and external relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills to include multi-tasking and time management.
