Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking to hire OutSystems Engineers for a Saudi Software Service Company's new branch in Maadi, Cairo, Egypt.
Job Summary:
OutSystems low code development platform, Your primary function as an OutSystems Developer will be the development and maintenance of OutSystems-based applications deployed in a fast-paced business environment
Responsibilities:
- Design and build a technical system architecture based on business needs and drivers;
- Manage tasks and technical people according to project needs;
- Manage and inspire team, increasing commitment and aligning expectations;
- Guarantee overall delivery quality and OutSystems behaviors;
- Develop solutions following OutSystems development best practices, ensuring solution performance and users adoption;
- Develop integrations with external systems according to the defined architecture guidelines
- Finish all assigned tasks with quality within the defined timeline
- Conduct unit testing and integration testing, executing the necessary bug fixing
- Develop and designing relevant code on project needs
- Mentoring junior developers
- Create test driven environment for relevant projects
Work Condition of an OutSystems Engineer
- Experience and comfort with Agile methodologies
- Ability to interpret business requirements and think through logical next steps
- Ability to do basic data modeling and enforce proper referential integrity constraints
- Understanding of Rapid Application Development (RAD) best practices and implementation
- Understanding of full stack development
- Understanding of best practices for web application security
- Proficiency in web based languages (JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, HTML)
- Proficiency with mySQL, MS SQL
- Proficiency with ASP.NET or C#
- Proficiency with web services (REST and SOAP)
- Proficiency with OutSystems Service Studio & Integration Studio
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): C#, OutSystem Experience Builder (minimum 6 months exposure)
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
- C# .Net/Hybrid/OutSystems
- OutSystems Associate Certification (mandatory)
- Other OutSystems Certifications are a plus
- Bachelor in Computer Science or similar experience
- Knowledge of web development on Modern Web Apps with OutSystems
- Problem solver with good interpersonal skills
