The Mission:

For our Siemens Mobility setup in Egypt we are looking to recruit a Team Assistant & Translator to join our Project Team.

What are my responsibilities?

  • As a Project Team Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the project team in all the daily administrative tasks
  • Scheduling and maintaining complex calendar appointments, conference calls, meetings and coordinating related arrangements
  • Planning and setting up external and internal events, internal jour fixes in cooperation with the respective leader
  • Handling all kinds of Translation work, drafting, proof reading and preparing letters and presentations.
  • Perform assigned word processing, timekeeping, records management, correspondence and assigned project related communication / Translation work.
  • Receives guests and visitors and directs them to the person in charge; relationship-building
  • To attend different meetings and conduct customers visits with International Project Team.
  • To handle all Translation work from English to Arabic and vice versa. This includes meeting minutes, speeches and documentations.
  • Prepare documentations as Minutes of Meetings, letters, Methods of statements, etc.
  • Performs any other related organization and coordination duties as assigned

Job Specification

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • A degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in Business Translation ideally from a corporate and industrial environment
  • Ability to work with a multinational team and in an international environment
  • Outstanding work ethic, professional attitude & strong organization and communication skills (verbal/written).
  • Strong computer skills, mainly in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill rounded by fluent level in English.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace and dynamic environment
