Your tasks and responsibilities

  • You will perform installations, start-ups, maintenance, repairs and updates of all Siemens healthcare products within his/her area of expertise and assisting with other products under supervision
  • You will be communicating and accept all operative requests from the Customer Care Center.
  • You will escalate incidents according to the defined parameters
  • You will ensure the proper use of tool & test equipment
  • You will comply to national and local regulations and safety standards, as well as technical and operational guidelines from Siemens Healthcare
  • You will maintain highest customer satisfaction, in particular within the framework of Siemens Healthcare, Customer Services

Job Specification

Requirements:

  • Bio-Medical/ Electronic/ Telecommunication engineering degree from reputable university/ college (Alexandria, Mansura, Cairo Univ., Ein-Shams)
  • Fresh graduate or work experience within a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, customer orientation and quality focus
  • Fluent level in English and Arabic
