Role Summary

What’s On Your Plate?
Ownership in driving process alignment and creation of workarounds
Examine data to identify trends and performance improvement opportunities
Achieve our targets by driving the team’s mindset towards the company’s values and strategy
Share status updates of the operations with upper management and set action plans for improvements
Regular coachings to the team to deliver a world-class experience to our customers, riders, and vendors
Managing conflicts and negative behaviors in a constructive way
Ensure maximum support to logistics teams in all countries and process alignment and improvement
Finding ad-hoc solutions when it comes to the handling of business-critical situations (force majeure, shortage of drivers, technical issues, etc.)
Team skills development
Build a strong relationship with the stakeholders
Participating in and contributing to the promotion of the company’s culture and encourages top performance and high morale
What Do We Request?
Minimum 3 years of experience in managing teams
You are highly motivated to own projects work independently
It is an easy thing for you to read and evaluate reports and drive improvements
You are able to align the business needs and the team member’s wishes
You are capable of using Microsoft Office products
Strong leadership and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree is a must
Experience in Ecommerce or Logistics/Dispatching would be preferred
