What's On Our Plate

Ability to develop and lead all aspects of Inside Sales and sales strategy, channel segmentation and expansion as it aligns with talabat vision and mission.

You will lead, empower and cultivate the inside Sales teams and collaborate with various cross-functional teams to develop and scale across talabat.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Inside Sales teams and work closely with senior leaders to drive alignment and top-line outcomes.
  • Deliver predictable, scalable and repeatable results across all aspects of Inside Sales.
  • Develop fully detailed policies and procedures, as well as reporting and forecast metrics for hiring, onboarding, training, role execution, pipeline impact, and revenue impact.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations to establish reports, dashboards, and analysis.
  • Provide visibility into ISR activities and drive operational excellence through adherence to performance standards and compliance guidelines.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop, implement, deliver and measure the results of initiatives that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Ensure lead quality, quantity, and proper follow-up and align pipeline to sales priorities.
  • Develop a world-class Inside Sales organization; develop domain expert leaders and future sales stars through coaching, mentoring and focused employee engagement initiatives.
  • Sales growth-mindset, by implementing strategic initiatives and promoting a high energy, and high activity environment.

Job Specification

  • 5 years of people management experience, with at least 3 years experience in Inside Sales leadership.
  • Exceptional sales management, interpersonal, written and presentation skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment with multiple partners and strategic priorities.
  • A growth mindset; forward-leaning and innovative while focused on continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate with both external (vendors) and internal (regional/local) teams across departments.
  • Strong Salesforce experience is mandatory.
