- Maintain organized digital records, spreadsheets, and operational documents.
- Assist with tracking orders, supplies, schedules, and task status.
- Coordinate routine information between internal teams and follow up on pending actions.
- Prepare basic summaries, updates, and administrative reports.
- Support data entry, document checking, and process follow-up with attention to detail.
- Identify routine issues and escalate them clearly to the appropriate team member.
